Minecraft PE 1.18.30

In the last couple of weeks, we discussed two Wild Update betas, but now we have to take a step back because the developers of the Mojang team released a very big full game version called Minecraft PE 1.18.30 which comprises all the changes, bug fixes, and even technical updates made in the late Minecraft PE 1.18 versions. Because there is a lot to talk about, let’s not lose any more time and get going.

In addition to the features you probably already know about if you managed to check all the betas of the 1.18 update, you will discover a couple of new ones which are:

• An even better Create New World screen. The game developers improve this feature continuously and they promise not to stop here. Now the descriptions contain more information, the screen narration is way better than before, and you have more navigation possibilities. Its design is very nice too and very soon this screen will be available on absolutely all devices that can be used for playing Minecraft Bedrock.
  
  
  
  
• Old Realms. All the old Realms that are not used anymore have been deleted.
  
• Render Dragon. This feature is available on more platforms now but there is still a lot to improve. We are all looking forward to enjoying this wonderful technical update to the max.
  

The MCPE developers also make big efforts to carry out as many vanilla parity changes as possible, because most of the players want the Bedrock features to be as similar to the Java edition ones. This way, they have modified dozens of features, including:

• 64-bit seeds for creating new gaming worlds
  
• Acacia trees and the leaves growing on their branches
  
• The player’s hunger ratings and the way they deplete when eating something
  
• The way players use Elytra in Creative
  
• Shulkers and the results when they are hit with shulker projectiles
  
• The way items behave (their animation) when mobs pick them up
  
• The way drowned spawn depending on the light block’s level of light
  
• The way bees react when their nests and beehives are destroyed with silk touch weapons
  
• The way ravagers behave in relation to the wandering traders
  
• The hitboxes of falling blocks
  
• The tick rates of numerous blocks, including cacti, grass, saplings, etc
  
• The way cauldrons get filled from dripstones
  
• The way TNTs move when lit
  
• The generation and textures of glow lichens
  
• The blocks that can be attached to brewing stands and trapdoors
  
• The way flowing water affects certain plants
  
• The way players charge their bows
  
• The way damage gets calculated and how it affects players
  
• The way protection enchantments work when applied
  
• The armor’s toughness
  
• The trading tables of different types of villagers

In the article about Minecraft PE 1.19.0.24 published last week, we mentioned that you don’t have to enable the experimental features toggle anymore if you want to see wardens, deep dark biomes, etc, but since this is a 1.18 version, this will be required again. This way you will be able to enjoy the following features:
