Minecraft PE 1.18.20.21

The game versions released recently are very interesting. They contain a lot of cool experimental features, interesting changes, and so on, but some of them are focused only on fixing bugs. This was the case of Minecraft PE 1.18.10.28 which was released last week. Even if all the fixes are meant to make our gameplay better, players usually expect more from any game update, so we are glad to tell you that Minecraft PE 1.18.20.21 which is this week’s beta is much richer in its list of features.

Gladly, the game developers decided to get back to the new experimental features and improve them. You will discover that they:

• Renamed the frog eggs to Frog Spawn and improved their textures
  
• Made frogs jump more often than before and improved the jumping animations
  
• Made tadpoles hatch from eggs faster than before
  
• Enlarged the hitboxes of tadpoles
  
• Improved the frog tongue moving animations
  
• Made the swimming and water animations smooth instead of linear like it was before
  

We are sure that you want to see the tweaked frogs and tadpoles faster but don’t hurry because there is there are a lot of other changes we wanted to tell you about this version. You will also see that the developers:

• Improved the bow charging animation
  
• Made falling blocks have a full-block hitbox
  
• Made untamed wolves leashable
  
• Made Journeyman Clerics offer the correct trades, that is glowstone dust
  
• Modified the seeds produced by the non-numeric seed user interface inputs
  
• Improved the way TNT blocks move after being lit
  
• Fixed a bug occurring when top snow falls
  
• Added a very useful new filter called “hasitem” that will allow you to target entities depending on what you are wearing and on what you have in your inventory
  
• Made water and lava buckets functional on such blocks as big dripleaves and light blocks
  
• Prohibited the possibility of visitor players from breaking minecarts and paintings
  
• Improved the way terrain loads when the player teleports somewhere beyond his/her visibility distance
  
• Fixed the bell’s behavior when interacted with while holding any item that can be charged
  
• Made mobs path over such blocks as pointed dripstones, bells, enchanting tables, etc normally
  
• Improved the mobs’ ability to jump in different circumstances, for example over fences
  
• Improved the mobs’ possibility to walk through tall top snow, corals, etc
  
• Fixed the issue of players not being able to trade while holding spawn eggs
  
• Fixed the issue of witches despawning in case of a village raid
  
• Made salmons, cods, and other water-living creatures spawn in deep oceans again
  
• Fixed a crash that used to occur when the player tried to exit the Dressing Room’s zooming menu
  
• Introduced several new controls for the UI. Using them you can erase the world before and after the caret, and move the caret to the world’s beginning
  
• Introduced the possibility to use auto-move to equip or remove armor
  
• Removed the items that require 3x3 recipes if the player does not use the crafting table
  
• Improved the villagers’ behavior and fixed several bugs that used to affect them. Some of the trading tables were also improved
  

In case you are a map maker and/or an addon creator, you will discover many new updates that will make your activity more productive too. The most important ones are:

• A new command that will allow you to create and remove list volumes in the gaming world
  
• A new module that will allow you to create dialog boxes
  

Another important thing you should know is that starting with this beta, the MCPE developers decided to remove the Additional Modding Capabilities toggle since it was outdated.
