Initially, you are going to spawn on a plain island, but don’t get confused about this fact. There is much more to it than just your spawning point. To find all the interesting things, you will have to move backward, that is, all of them are behind your spawning point, not in front of it. The first location you are going to find is a Mesa Bryce and an Ice Spike. By exploring closer the Ice Spike, you will be able to find a mountain which has an opening at its top. Well, this would make a great place for building a base. At the bottom of the mountain, you will see a Spider Dungeon.
Now let’s move further (in the same direction). After having passed the Ice Spike, you will get to a village and a Pillager outpost. Further, there is a second and a third village. Right next to the third village, you will see a Basement Igloo and a second one a little further the path.
If you are lucky and insistent enough, you will also find an Aboveground Shipwreck. The charm of this shipwreck is that it is surrounded by a mushroom biome.
